 Elite Series: WFF - Qualifiers

 

 

Structure

Five groups with each group having 17/18 contestants. A total of 86 contestants. Those who fail to show up to Qualifiers (with letting Organizer know that they cannot make it) will be considered as first Reserves in Knockout Round.

The tournament structure remains unchanged from the classic one, with one exception. There will be a new phase that will replace the Group Stage. It is called Qualifiers.

How does Qualifiers phase work?

Inside Qualifiers players will compete with everyone that decide to participate to the tournament in the various groups. To score points players must pass the maps in a live match under assigned time limits. Point system consists of 3-2-1, obviously to score 3 points the time limit will be challenging.

1.       DLF ft. KrmKy ft. PCHZY ft. MarveL – Dawn Over Bayou II

Time limits:

3 points – 3.49.000

2 points – 3.50.000

1 point   – 3.53.000

Krazy has passed the map in 3.48.700. Krazy scores 3 points.

SeKtoR has passed the map in 3.49.000. SeKtoR scores 3 points.

RYDER has passed the map in 3.49.001. RYDER scores 2 points.

Gteatero has passed the map in 3.50.069. Gteatero scores 1 point.

Backflip has passed the map in 3.54.420. Backflip does not score any point.

At the end of Qualifiers Top 20 players will advance directly to ¼ Finals. No one is getting eliminated from Qualifiers phase, the others will compete in 1/8 Finals with the classic system: 3-2-1-1.

Test Games

We will be hosting two Test Games / Training sessions one week before the 1st Group.
The test games will take place on Saturday 01/10 20:00 CEST & Sunday 02/10 20:00 CEST on our Event Server. Everyone is invited to come!

 

 

Server & Matches' Time

All matches will be played on our Event Server. Server IP: mtasa://51.38.114.131:22003
In our Server we have a Training arena. It will contain all the maps from this Tournament's maplist.
In order to arrive for your Match, you have to join the corresponding Event arena (of which you will be informed via Discord PM).
If you cannot make it in time for your Group, please notify one of the Organizers as soon as possible.
 

Rules

• Everyone is able to participate except for banned players on our Event Server.

• If you miss your match without a valid reason, you may be disqualified.

• Throwing with intention to help another player with points will be reviewed by organizers in order to decide if there will be a punishment.

• We don't promise that we will find you a new group if you can't play in your current one.

• Do not spam, insult or provoke another contestant for any reason.

• If you are caught cheating/hacking in any way, you will be banned from our community. Mods that affect gameplay are prohibited.

• If someone times out before the map starts, we may set this map free and redo the map when player returns, if referee notices the timeout. We don't guarantee that it happens. We don't wait longer than 5 minutes for player to return. If someone times out while the map is running (if he is alive), we play further.

• In case of camping and/or shortcutting, participant will be blown up. Anything that allows you to skip part of the track is shortcut. If you aren't sure, ask the referee or a member of Organization team if what you want to attempt to do is considered as shortcut. Definition of shortcut is always up to referee so double check with the referee of your game.

• Skipping vehiclechange pickups is not allowed.

• Skipping nitro/repair pickups is allowed.

• Doing roof parts as forward is allowed.

• Driving backward parts forward is allowed.

• Enabling the NOS late is allowed, doing the fast jump as much as you don't cut a big part is allowed.

• There are no hunter fights.

• Second offense to the rules will result in disqualification.
