Structure
Spoiler

This tournament is a clan-based tournament, consisting of 8 invited clans: eP, XpR, E, Xen, N, FoXX, nsp, and TfF.

In every match the point system from Elite Clash will be used, that is, players need to finish maps to acquire points.

The points received depend on their position as follows: 1st - 10, 2nd - 8, 3rd - 6, 4th - 4, 5th - 3, 6th - 2, 7th-10th - 1.

In case of a tie between two players, both will receive the points of the better position (Example: If 1st and 2nd player both finish a map with 3:00:001, both receive 10 points).

There will be two stages of the tournament: a first non-eliminating stage in a league format, where it will be assured every clan will face its 7 opponents, followed by a eliminating playoff stage.
During the league stage, winning a game gives the clan 3 league points on the leaderboard, losing gets it no points and a draw means that both sides get 1 league point each. The first criteria for league placement is the league points, followed by the match points (sum of points acquired by the clan in all matches).
The first 4 clans at the end of the league will be placed into the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the clans placed between 5th and 8th place in the league will be placed in the bottom bracket, as explained in the image below.
A loss in the upper bracket sends a clan to the lower bracket, while a loss in the lower bracket leads to elimination from the tournament, thus highly encouraging strong performances from every clan in the league to try to obtain a spot in the upper bracket.

Rules

Spoiler

General Rules:

-If a clan fails to attend any of their matches with at least 4 players then they may get disqualified.
-Mods that affect gameplay are prohibited.
-In case of insulting, swearing and provoking, participant will be muted and possibly eliminated without the possibility of replacing him.
-If someone times out before the map starts, we redo the map.
-If someone times out while the map is running (if he is alive), we play further.

WFF Rules:

-There are no hunter fights.
-Each clan is obligated to play each map with no more than 5 players. (Not respecting this rule may lead to the referee blowing up a random, alive member of the cheating clan.)
-Skipping vehicle change pickups is not allowed.
-Skipping nitro/repair pickups is allowed.
-Starting the nos late is allowed.
-Doing backward parts forward is allowed.
-Doing roof parts forward is allowed.
-Skipping big parts of the map is not allowed. (If your clan is unsure about any of the cuts then please contact one of our organizers and we will figure it out.)

Free Rounds:

Each clan is allowed to ask for up to 5 frees per match without the need of giving a reason to do so. After that number is reached, the referee may refuse to provide the clan with another free round if the other team doesn't agree to do so. Each free can last up to 5 minutes, unless there is a valid reason for it to be longer.
Asking for a free when the round just started is allowed, if you ask it more than 10 seconds after the round has started, then the referee is able to decline your free request or the referee will ask the other clan if they agree to still make the round free.

Maplist

Being aware that the maplist is a deciding factor in making every match interesting and enjoyable for both players and spectators, but also taking into account the limited time to prepare we decided on choosing the following rules regarding maplist:

Spoiler

-Each tour will have a new maplist.
-Maplists will consist of 8 maps, each map being played twice.
-During League format each clan will be able to pick one map for the maplist.
-During Playoffs clans will successively be able to pick more maps as they advance in playoffs rounds as follows: 1st round: 1 map, 2nd and 3rd round: 2 maps, 3rd place match and grand final: 4 maps.

-Maps must be picked before Sunday at 23:59 CET of the weekend prior to respective tour where matches will occur. If this deadline is not respected, the organizers will randomly pick a map using a bot with a list of maps from previous tournaments.

Map picking restrictions:

-Each clan can only pick 2 HDM maps, with the limitation of only being able to do it once during league stage and once during playoffs). Borderline maps will be brought to discussion between all clan representatives and tournament organizers in hopes of getting to a final decision in a peaceful way as we want to make sure that the maplist stays enjoyable for everyone.
-Throughout the tournament, OS Modern maps will be allowed, however OS Classic maps will not be allowed due to their many technical issues relating vehicle transition and slowbugs. Once again, borderline maps will be discussed between clan representatives and tournament organizers.

-If a map is picked once then it can't be picked again until the league stage ends.
-During playoffs, clans can select maps already selected during league stage. However, maps can not be repeated in successive playoffs rounds.

Server

Every match will be played on the same server, you can join the server using this IP: mtasa://51.38.114.131:22003. Once you join the server you have to choose the Event Room. You can join your team with the command /join (clantag), however you must have the tag on your nick.

The server contains a training room as well, so each participant is free to join it in order to train. We highly encourage training in our server to be sure you are training the same version of the map that will be played during matches and also to download the map in advance to the match, avoiding unnecessary delays.
Connect to: mtasa://51.38.114.131:22003, join the training room and use /load (mapname) in order to do so, or alternatively, you can find a category with the maps of each specific round at the top right of the F2 menu in the Training arena.

Registration

Spoiler

Each clan will be asked to provide a list of up to 30 of their members who are going to participate in the tournament. Each captain is obligated to provide nicknames and serials of all the clan members they would like to participate. First roster lock happens before the group stage begins. We are going to allow to make changes to it once the group stage ends, so clans are able to update their rosters before the playoffs begin. If any of the clans accepts new members after the rosters lock, the new members won't be able to play until the roster gets updated. People who are listed in the roster and leave their clan are still able to play as long as the roster doesn't get updated and the clan itself is fine with it. If any of the clans tries to bypass this limitation it may end up in them being disqualified from the tournament.

Prize pool

Spoiler

In order to make our tournament more interesting, the best 3 performing teams will receive the following rewards:

🥇 Winner will receive 55
🥈 Runner-up player will receive 35
🥉 3rd Place player will receive 25

We also believe the best players deserve to be highlighted, therefore the top 3 highest scoring players will receive the following rewards:

🥇 Winner will receive 30
🥈 Runner-up player will receive 20
🥉 3rd Place player will receive 10

Note: Teams from lower bracket need to play more matches to reach the final, therefore the statistic considered to assign this reward in a fair way is the quotient between the total points scored by the player by the number of matches his team has played.

Last but not least we decided to prepare rewards for the best referee and streamers of the tournament as a way to thank them making the tournament possible

 🥇Best referee will receive 10

 🥇Best streamer will receive 10

Huge thanks to DLF for providing the cash prizes and for  all his enthusiasm in making this tournament a reality!

Schedule

Spoiler

With the goal of making the time and day of matches the most convenient we will allow clans to communicate and decide between themselves, however limited to Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A decision on the date and time must be brought by the clan to the events organizers by Tuesday at 23:59 CET. If they fail to meet this deadline, the organizers will assign a random time.

NOTE: If any of the given dates wouldn't fit your clan, then we are willing to move your game as long as you come to an agreement with your opponent and provide our organizers with another date, within the weekend the respective tour is being played and which both sides agree to play on.

If a team wants to reschedule a match it is possible ONCE per team. During the weekend break between the league stage and the playoffs they will play the postponed match using the maplist from the respective tour the match belongs to. If one of the teams does not want to play the postponed match their opponent will have the opportunity to play alone to earn team points for the league standings, however, individual points will not be counted. The team refusing to play will receive 0 points.
